Why this exists
Most businesses have plenty of data and almost no answers. Sales sit in one system, costs in another, payroll in a third. Nobody ever joined them.
So the questions that actually matter — which location earns, which product genuinely pays, which customer costs more than they are worth — take three weeks and a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts. Meanwhile the decisions get made on revenue, because revenue is the number that is easy to get.
That gap is the whole reason LUMYX exists.
Who you are working with
I am Mo Ouf. LUMYX is me. When you hire LUMYX you work directly with the person building your data model — which means nothing gets lost between the person who understood your business and the person who wrote the code.
That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation. The reason most reporting projects fail is not technical. It is that the person who scoped it never spoke to the person who built it.
How I work
What I will not do
I will not sell you a dashboard your data cannot support. If the audit shows your systems cannot answer the question you are asking, I will tell you that and what it would take to fix — including when the answer is that you do not need me yet.
I will not invent numbers. Every figure in a LUMYX report traces back to your source system and reconciles to it. The sample dashboards on this site are labelled as demonstrations built on invented data, because that is exactly what they are.
I will not lock you in. No proprietary platform and no monthly fee to keep your own reports running.
